A pleasant summer afternoon

There was originally going to be a simple boring background like those ones I usually do. Talk about boredom mixed with my missing of summer.

IT'S "SPRING" HERE BUT THERE'S SNOOOOWWW!!

So, I can't quite remember when I drew this, but I decided to colour it. I like the outfit concept, that's for sure. The background, as mine usually are, is sucky, and kind of separated from Hinode in general, but oh well. I like it, sort of.

This took a while...about 1 and a half hour...wait, nevermind. I am such a fast artist my long sessions are 2 hours, where I know people who spend 40 hours on a picture. This may mean I'm fast or that I'm impatient. Maybe both.

Listening to Disney music and Moulin Rouge music helped the mood for this piece Doesn't Hinode look happy?

M'kay, I need to get that picture from Mexico scanned already! But I have such a list of things to colour, including some more humanized WALL-E pictures...I guess I can't handle a "sketch dump". I have to colour it. *sigh* oh well.
